However, discerning what vendor and system to select, based on the unique objectives of the practice, can be overwhelming given the many choices available. The investment and risk are both substantially high, and success with EMR can be challenging and time consuming. 

This webinar provides many helpful strategies for negotiating a rock solid contract that is a win for the practice and holds the vendor accountable for delivery of promises particularly the criteria for the CMS meaningful use incentive.
